What fears have you overcome and how?

I HAD A FEAR OF DARK AND WALKING ALONE AT TERRACE AT NIGHT IN THE FEAR OF SOMONE MIGHT BE STANDING BEHIND ME, THAT TIME I USED TO FEAR A LOT WALKING ALONE. I DON’T KNOW MUCH ABOUT WHAT CAME IN HEAD PRTICULARLY TO REMOVE IT. WHAT I EXTACTLY DID WAS I STARTED TO WALK ALONE AT NIGHT AT ROOF TERRACE WITH ALL LIGHTS OFF AND START TO FEEL THAT FEAR. MORE LIKE TO OBSERVE HOW WAS I REACTING TO THAT FEAR AND WHY HAD I THAT FEAR OF BEING ALONE AT DARK THERE WERE TIMES I HAD SAID TO MYSELF AND DARK THAT I DON’T CARE ABOUT IF YOU WANT TO DO SOMTHING BAD TO ME THEN GO AHEAD. THAT WAS THE TIME SLOWLY AND STEADILY I STARTED TO LOOSE THAT FEAR, AND I STARTED TO LOVE THAT QUEITNESS AND DARK.

PS- IT’S BEEN LONG I WENT ALONE AT TERRACE AND I FELT SAME ANXIETY LIKE BEFORE BUT YEAH NOT LIKE DAY 1.
